BCCDC Hepatitis C Stakeholders Survey

The BC Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC) is conducting a survey of stakeholders involved in hepatitis C (HCV) treatment and related services in British Columbia (BC) to yield a snapshot of hep C care and treatment services in BC and identify barriers and facilitators to hepatitis C elimination. Results of the survey will be used to inform both ongoing and future hepatitis C elimination efforts in BC.

The 5-10 minute survey is meant to be completed by anyone familiar with hepatitis C-related services (treatment, care and support services) in BC, including people with lived experience. Please use the link below to begin the survey and feel free to share the link with other stakeholders. Note that the survey will close on Tuesday, March 31, 2020 at 11:59 PM
