LEVEL Youth Public Policy Program Info Session

via The Vancouver Foundation

The Vancouver Foundation’s new LEVEL website is live and now accepting applications for the LEVEL Youth Public Policy program for Indigenous and racialized immigrant and refugee youth between 19 to 29 years old. Vancouver Foundation staff will be in Victoria January 14th to share more about the program and hopefully inspire young people to apply and address all the questions they might have.

Please spread the word, not only to young people from these communities but adult allies that are supporting these communities to attend one of our info sessions to learn more about the LEVEL YPP. We would like to have applications from across the province so it will mean a great deal to us if you could support us with the outreach.

Vancouver Foundation’s new youth engagement initiative LEVEL aims to address racial inequity by investing in the leadership capacity of Indigenous and racialized immigrant and refugee youth creating opportunities throughout the non-profit and charitable sector.

The LEVEL Youth Public Policy Program is a six-month leadership program for a cohort of 12 Indigenous and immigrant/refugee young people to learn about the public policy process and how to influence it. The cohort will learn from a diverse faculty with experience in public policy as they develop projects important to them.

We are now accepting applications for the LEVEL Youth Policy Program!

If you want to learn more about the program please join us at one of the info sessions below.
