The Director of Programs and Practice and is responsible for oversight and management of a number of support, education and harm reduction programs. This role also provides clinical leadership within the organization for all staff providing direct client service and oversees the case management system for the agency. As a key member of the senior leadership team for AVI, this role is also expected to contribute to the development of organizational strategies, policies and practices as well as the overall management of the agency.
The Director of Programs and Practice should have the following qualifications:
- 5-7 years’ senior management experience, preferably within a community based or non-profit organization
- BSW and a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
