Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, the Operations Coordinator is responsible for administering and supporting the Director in three key areas of administration at AVI: operational administration, systems and facilities administration.
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for the daily administration of functions that are important to AVI’s overall strength and effectiveness. The position requires an individual with a broad range of experience and skills, and one that is able to work in a range of areas on a daily basis. It is not an entry level position, as it includes significant levels of responsibility in financial administration, human resources, and communications.
