CATIE Programming Connections SpotlightsAfrican, Caribbean and Black populations in Canada are disproportionately affected by HIV. Culturally-specific programs that reach community members in non-traditional settings like barbershops and churches may encourage members of these communities to practise safe sex and reduce HIV-related stigma.
