The Public Health Agency of Canada is pleased to share the first Federal Initiative to Address HIV/AIDS in Canada: National Grant and Contributions Performance Measurement Report – 2012-13 and the first Hepatitis C Prevention, Support and Research Program: National Grants and Contributions Performance Measurement Report – 2012-13.
These reports summarize performance measurement findings for 2012-13, based on the analysis of information received from nationally funded projects through the Performance Measurement Tool. They provide an overview of the achievements of the projects and information about their diverse activities and reach.
The Agency strives to produce information that will be useful, and we welcome and encourage any feedback you may have. Your immediate reaction would be particularly relevant as we are currently developing the performance reports for project activities which took place in 2013-2014. These reports will cover activities of all nationally and regionally funded projects under the Federal Initiative and the Hepatitis C program, drawing from data collected through the Performance Measurement Tool and the Project Evaluation and Reporting Tool.
You should note that we intend to present the findings contained in these reports in an upcoming webinar. An invitation will follow in the coming weeks. In the meantime, please feel free to share your comments with me through your program consultant.
