On April 1, 2017, the Public Health Agency of Canada’s HIV and Hepatitis C Grants and Contributions funding programs will be integrated into a new funding program called the Community Action Fund. You are invited to participate in the discussion either through the webinar and teleconference, or by teleconference only.

This session is a follow-up to the information provided on August 20 and September 4. It will be an interactive session to hear your feedback on the potential program funding delivery model options.  For those who did not have the opportunity to participate in the introduction to the new Community Action Fund, please see the attached presentation for the background which includes the proposed delivery model options that will be discussed.

This webinar will be of particular interest to off-reserve First Nations, Inuit, Métis and Aboriginal organizations interested in seeking future funding to address sexually transmitted and blood borne infections.
