PHAC – Online Questionnaire: How could the response to STBBI in Canada be strengthened?

How could the response to STBBI in Canada be strengthened?  We want to hear from you!

The Public Health Agency of Canada would like to invite you to complete the following online questionnaire, on potential concrete actions and promising practices to address sexually transmitted and blood borne infections (STBBI) in Canada. This questionnaire was developed in consultation with a group of STBBI experts and stakeholders from across Canada.

We are seeking input from a broad range of organizations and individuals working in Canada – front-line service providers, clinicians, professional associations, community-based organizations, peer networks, Indigenous organizations, academics, experts, people living with and affected by HIV and hepatitis C, and others. The questionnaire should take approximately 15-30 minutes to complete. You may respond either as an individual, or on behalf of your organization.

The results will be used to inform the federal STBBI response, and help to ensure that efforts are strategic, effective and responsive to the needs of affected communities.

Please distribute widely to others in your networks. The questionnaire will close on Tuesday, January 10th, 2017.

Thank you for your participation. If you have any comments or questions, or would like to receive the survey in English or French in a different format, please contact us at: [email protected]
