Community Action Initiative – 2017 MHSU Survey

Community Action Initiative is inviting all community organizations in BC that provide some form of mental health and / or substance use services to participate in our new 2017 Community Mental Health and Substance Use Sector Survey.

We need your help to build upon results from the 2016 survey (results are available here).

Findings from the survey will be used to inform provincial and regional decision-makers about the valuable work community organizations do to promote mental health and wellness and reduce the harms associated with substance use. It will also help CAI enhance the role of community-based organizations within the mental health and substance use continuum in BC.

Please take a few minutes to complete the survey. If you respond by February 27th, 2017, your organization is eligible to enter a draw for a chance to win one of six training scholarships, valued at $250 each, with a choice between San’yas Indigenous Cultural Safety Training offered by PHSA, Not-for-Profit Leadership Training offered by The Vantage Point, or Understanding Addictions online training offered by the Canadian Mental Health Association’s BC Division.
