PHAC Survey: Global AIDS Monitoring Report

The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) is currently conducting a survey to solicit feedback from Canadian civil society organizations about the status of, and response to, HIV in Canada.

Your input is valuable. It will inform the development of Canada’s 2017 Global AIDS Monitoring Report to the United Nations Joint Programme on HIV and AIDS (UNAIDS), as part of Canada’s commitments stemming from the 2016 United Nations Political Declaration on HIV and AIDS: On the Fast-Track to Accelerate the Fight against HIV and to End the AIDS Epidemic by 2030.

The survey has 48 mostly close-ended questions and will take approximately 20-30 minutes to complete.

If you have any questions or concerns about the survey, please feel free to contact Marc-André LeBlanc, the consultant PHAC has hired to coordinate the survey.
