In 2010 PAN and the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) began a shared leadership approach to facilitating two provincial working groups: the HIV/HCV Outcomes for BC Working Group and the Mental Health and HIV/AIDS/HCV Provincial Working Group, which later became the Mental Health, Substance Use, and HIV/HCV Provincial Advisory Committee.
