British Columbia is a large province where challenges vary from region to region. PAN training programs provide ongoing connections to strengthen organizations and mentor community leaders all over BC. PAN provides skills-building and targeted workforce development opportunities to staff and key volunteers of member organizations. Training is developed with public health evidence and community and regional input to prioritize training needs.
We offer opportunities to explore best and promising practices in HIV and HCV health, social programs and policies, mental health, substance use and other factors that affect health outcomes.
