The Positive Leadership Development Institute (PLDI) supports people who are living with HIV to realize their leadership potential and increase their capacity to participate meaningfully in community life. Through a multi-module program, PLDI honours the leadership of the past; values the leadership here today; and inspires leadership for our future. PAN works in partnership with the Ontario AIDS Network (OAN) to develop the training modules and measure the impact of PLDI.
